The School Leaders Program (SLP) is a series of two to three day leadership development trainings that take place annually over 3-5 years with the directors/principals/headmasters of local primary and secondary schools.

Based on the Transform - Certificate of Executive Nonprofit Leadership educational model, the School Leaders Program is guided by CSL's Experiential Methodology. The SLP includes leadership sessions, group work and breakout sessions in which educational leaders focus on specific challenges they are facing in their schools.

To date, the School Leaders Program has been offered in Wundanyi, Kenya in September 2022 and September 2023 with over 100 rural educational leaders participating each year.
