Transform - Certificate of Executive Nonprofit Leadership

building the next generation of nonprofit leaders

Take-Aways

Some additional Take-Aways of the Executive Certification Program in Non-Profit Leadership are:

Personal Vision Statement and Action Plan

You will learn CSL’s unique goal-setting system that will keep you proactively upgrading your goals for a lifetime. You will create a Personal Vision Statement and Aligned Action Plan with SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Aligned with your Vision Statement, Realistic, and Time-based) that will provide you with a renewed view of your professional capabilities, core values, and personal
and organizational goals.

Co-Mentors

On the third day of Transform, you will select a Co-Mentor whom you will meet and correspond with regularly. This mutually strengthening relationship will encourage you to consistently integrate time into your busy schedule to get onto the balcony and observe yourself on stage after you complete the program and continue on your leadership journey.

Self-Awareness and Confidence

You will gain increased self-awareness and confidence in your organizational insight, strategic outlook and capability as a
leader to consider organizational issues from various
strategic perspectives.

Peer Network

You will join a peer network of other nonprofit leaders – and reconnect with them at ECPNL Alumni Events – that you can tap into for coalition-building and continuous support.

The mission of The Center for Social Leadership is two-fold: To build the leadership and managerial capacity of nonprofit organizations; and to teach low-income youth the necessary career-building leadership skills to design their own exit strategies from poverty.
