About the Application Process:

• You can download the application here and send it to the address noted on the application form.
• Application Schedule:
• The final deadline for applications is September 15, 2008. You may applay after September 15, until September 24 but will be charged a $100 late fee. You may apply at any time before this date. Admission status notification will be sent via regular mail on a rolling basis, usually within two weeks of the receipt of your application.
• To qualify for a 10% early registration discount participants are encouraged to pre-pay their tuition by August 15, 2008.
• Early application is encouraged.
• If you are accepted into Transform, a non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the total tuition ($450) will be due within three weeks of the date your acceptance letter is mailed to secure your position in the program.
• There is a $25.00 non-refundable application fee that can be paid using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or checks/money orders made payable to The Center for Social Leadership.
• Application does not guarantee admission. An Admissions Committee comprised of a CSL Board of Advisors will review all applications and select participants.
• Note: we strongly recommend that you have a funding commitment prior to submitting your application.
• Cancellation policies are described in the materials provided to applicants upon admission.
• There are no formal education requirements; verbal and written proficiency in English is required.
• The application includes a 500-1500 word essay. In this essay, please describe your experience and/or interest
  in the nonprofit sector, and why you are interested in participating in Transform.
• Each applicant should submit a current resume or CV with their application.
