Francis Kihanya has 15+ years in Accounting, Finance, Management and Marketing both in the Private sector and in the Non- Profit Sector and has held senior positions both in the US and in Africa. He is currently the V.P. of Marketing for Executive Leadership Institute, a for-profit International Leadership organization that trains organizations and individuals on strategies to align their lives to their values. He also currently provides accounting services to the East Bay Agency for Children and other S.F. Bay Area non-profit organizations.
Francis completed his CPA (K) certification classes at Strathmore School of Accountancy. Francis is an avid member of Toastmasters and has held different Leadership positions for Toastmasters International. Francis is currently a Board member for two non-profit organizations, Project Baobab (www.projectbaobab.org) and Casa Francisca, a refugee services organization in the S.F. Bay Area.
